Each trip begins with our approved network of airlines and airports identified for safe use. We then review the mission profile to identify any potential risks or concerns, only then engaging the market for availability in accordance with client preferences. Our airline approval process not only demands strict compliance with FAA regulations, but a long-standing history of providing service free of accidents and incidents. Before each flight the airline, aircraft, and assigned crew must also pass a background and safety audit facilitated by Argus or Wyvern, the leading third-party auditing agencies for private air charter.

Our clients on average, utilize aircraft that are less than 15 years of age. Two pilots are required at minimum, with each possessing enough flight experience to serve as Captain of the aircraft in use. Each airline is also required to carry sufficient amounts of insurance in advance of our supplemental policies.
